family therapy

  • Family therapy treats the family as a whole system. Rather than focusing on one person as the "problem," we look at how everyone interacts and communicates, working together to create a healthier dynamic.

  • Resolving frequent arguments and conflict, navigating life transitions (divorce, moving, etc.), improving communication and understanding, and rebuilding trust and connection.

  • Sessions involve multiple family members. I act as a neutral facilitator, ensuring everyone has a voice and helping the family practice new ways of interacting with one another.

  • Families feeling disconnected, stuck in negative cycles, or struggling to support a child or teen in distress.
