Meet Chris Mazzo, LMFT

My Story: I didn't become a therapist just by reading textbooks. My approach is deeply informed by my own life experiences. As a father, I understand the profound love, worry, and challenges that come with parenting. As someone who has been a therapy client myself, I know what it takes to sit on the other side of the room and ask for help. I know that therapy only works when it feels genuine, safe, and practical.

What it’s like to work with me: You won't find a blank-slate therapist who just nods and asks, "How does that make you feel?" My style is interactive, conversational, and grounded in reality. I believe in being direct but compassionate, offering practical tools you can actually use, and creating a space where you can truly be yourself without judgment.
